A series of four classes that will teach you how to clean and clear your personal space. Use your imagination and have fun playing with introception and intention. Learn how to clear your energy field and have fun doing it. Play with creating energetic flow, understand your own energy, as well as the ability to call back and reset your energy from anywhere. Beginner class in understanding, feeling, and playing with your energy field. Learn how to differentiate energies and harmonize with other people. By the end of the four weeks you will have a better understanding of yourself, and how you move through the world. * November 19th class will end at 6:30pm Graduates from a previous series can join any class individually for $8.

Join Us for a Free LiveWell Pickleball Tournament! Hosted at the UW-Superior Marcovich Wellness Center Field House, this exciting fun, non-competitive doubles tournament is open to players of all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced player, we’ve got a division for you. Sign up by yourself to be placed with a partner or with your teammate! Children aged 12-17 are welcome to join, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the tournament. Please remember to bring your own paddles, as a limited number will be available for use. Whether you’re racing or strolling, every step celebrates wellness, community, and the joy of moving together. Join us and be part of a Northland tradition that keeps hearts warm and feet moving! This event supports Safe Haven Shelter & Resource Center. A portion of the proceeds of the event as well as all partnership and participant donations go to helping Safe Haven continue their essential work in our community.
