Duluth Polar Plunge

The Polar Plunges are annual events organized by Special Olympics Minnesota; an organization dedicated to empowering individuals with intellectual disabilities. Plunge participation helps make a significant difference in supporting these athletes.
Those who fundraise for their Polar Plunge get the chance to jump into a lake. If you fundraise, you are not required to jump. The event is open to the public to cheer on and support plungers! Volunteers are welcome!
The plunge starts at 2:00pm (subject to change – check the website). Day of Registration/check-in is at 310 Pub starting at 11:00am. Check the website for more details!
