The Northland 5K for Food Allergy is back for our 3rd year with a new starting location, but all the same family-friendly, food allergy fun you’ve come to expect! This 3.1 mile out and back, chip-timed, run/walk will begin and end at Endion Station in Canal Park, Duluth, MN. There will be awards for the top male and female finishers and prize drawings for all registered 5K participants! We will once again be hosting a Kids’ Fun Run for anyone 12 and under immediately following the 5K, expected start time will be between 9-9:30am. Allergy-conscious food/beverages will be enjoyed after the event. Additionally, there will be lawn games, kids activities, allergy-aware business/product info and samples to take home, as well as representation from the Duluth Fire Fighters and EMT staff.

Join Us for a FREE LiveWell! Pickleball Tournament! Hosted at the UWS Marcovich Wellness Center Field House, this exciting doubles tournament is open to players of all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced player, we’ve got a division for you. Sign up by yourself to be placed with a partner or with your teammate! Children aged 12-17 are welcome to join, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the tournament. Please remember to bring your own paddles. This fun Saturday event winds through the Lincoln Park Craft District, beginning and ending at Wild State Cider. All you have to do is sign up for your 5-piece Santa suit to run in, a free cider (or juice), live holiday music and a free bowl of chili after the run. Kids 8 and younger can join the Reindeer Run for free. What can spectators expect? Hundreds of Santas running around the neighborhood.
