The Art of Wintering Well: Finding Connection in Winter

Winter can often feel isolating due to cold temperatures and less daylight. This can lead to more time spent indoors and reduced social encounters. We know (through research) that social isolation can have serious health implications. We also know that increasing social interactions can trigger endorphins which improve mood and resilience during the winter months. We will discuss and practice building connection. (p.s. you’re doing it by attending this workshop!) Each date will be a “stand alone” workshop that will relate to, but the will not directly build on, other weeks. The workshop will occur on Saturdays from 10:00am -11:30am at Halcyon House.
