We invite you to attend the Health Fair and discover ways to keep you healthy on a daily basis, at work and at home, and long into retirement. The health fair is for all employees and retirees and will be held in Edmund Fitzgerald Hall. Parking and admission are FREE. Join Us for a Free LiveWell Pickleball Tournament! Hosted at the UW-Superior Marcovich Wellness Center Field House, this exciting fun, non-competitive doubles tournament is open to players of all skill levels. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced player, we’ve got a division for you. Sign up by yourself to be placed with a partner or with your teammate! Children aged 12-17 are welcome to join, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the tournament. Please remember to bring your own paddles, as a limited number will be available for use. This Thanksgiving, join us for the Gobble Gallop — presented by Essentia Health. This 5K, 1-Mile, and Kids Run is Duluth’s favorite family tradition. Whether you’re racing or strolling, every step celebrates wellness, community, and the joy of moving together. Join us and be part of a Northland tradition that keeps hearts warm and feet moving! This event supports Safe Haven Shelter & Resource Center. A portion of the proceeds of the event as well as all partnership and participant donations go to helping Safe Haven continue their essential work in our community. The race starts between S. 12th Ave. E. and S. 13th Ave. E. on London Road, just outside the Rose Garden.
