The Art of Wintering Well: Finding Connection in Winter

Winter can often feel isolating due to cold temperatures and less daylight. This can lead to more time spent indoors and reduced social encounters. We know (through research) that social isolation can have serious health implications. The workshop will occur on Saturdays from 10:00am -11:30am at Halcyon House.
