Book Launch Party for Floyd’s Baller

Join YWCA Duluth for the first of their Raising Voices Speaker Series — an event designed to amplify the voices of modern-day leaders who educate, organize, and inspire action. Their inaugural speaker is Duluth’s own Heather N. Wilde who not only authored Floyd’s Baller alongside Adarryl Hunter but also published this young adult novel. Heather will share the importance of writing this book at such a critical time in our history and an emcee-led conversation and Q&A with Rebeka Ndosi and Adarryl will offer deeper insight into the man behind the story. There will be hot beverages for everyone before and after the discussion and Adarryl and Heather will offer a book signing to close the night. YWCA Duluth merchandise and Floyd’s Baller books will be available for purchase.
