Mastering Your Energy with Play

Use your imagination and have fun playing with introception and intention. Learn how to clear your energy field and have fun doing it. Play with creating energetic flow, understand your own energy, as well as the ability to call back and reset your energy from anywhere. Vibrational Moon Ceremony

Celebrate and set your intentions with guided journal work and an hour of vibrational sound healing. Each event is unique and may include an additional meditation and/or gentle yoga. If you have a special journal to bring, please do. Otherwise we will have paper and pens for your creative journaling. We also encourage you to wear comfortable clothing that you could move around freely. If you have time afterward, have some tea and share your experiences!
