SALTYDOG Their rhythms may be a little bossy. Their drummers commanded me to feel Saucy. Another Duluth band that can hold a groove. The Bass lines funk and the bootys move. Duluth-based northwoods funk jam band Saltydog consists of Jacob Mahon on guitar and vocals, drummer Owen “Owie”Mahon (who also does vocals), Sam Deters on guitar, Bryon “Lefty” Johnson on percussion, Calvin “Calzone” Lund on the Bass and Gavin St. Clair on the keys.
