DIY Framed Agate and Lake Glass Art in Superior

Come spend the evening at Duluth’s Best Bread in Superior, where they will be creating artwork in frames out of Lake Superior Agates, glass tumbled by the Greatest of Lakes herself, driftwood, and bark! If you have stones you like, a glue gun, or a random tube of Super Gorilla E6000 Krazy Glue collecting dust, you can bring them, but everything will be provided.

Northland 5K for Food Allergy

The Northland 5K for Food Allergy is back for our 3rd year with a new starting location, but all the same family-friendly, food allergy fun you’ve come to expect! This 3.1 mile out and back, chip-timed, run/walk will begin and end at Endion Station in Canal Park, Duluth, MN. There will be awards for the top male and female finishers and prize drawings for all registered 5K participants! We will once again be hosting a Kids’ Fun Run for anyone 12 and under immediately following the 5K, expected start time will be between 9-9:30am. Allergy-conscious food/beverages will be enjoyed after the event. Additionally, there will be lawn games, kids activities, allergy-aware business/product info and samples to take home, as well as representation from the Duluth Fire Fighters and EMT staff.

Mother’s Day Brunch Cruise

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a one-of-a-kind brunch cruise on Lake Superior. Step aboard the Vista Star and take in stunning views of Duluth’s skyline and harbor activity, all while enjoying a delicious brunch buffet catered by Blackwoods Catering. Brunch menu includes baked ham, baked chicken, scrambled eggs, cheesy hashbrowns, french toast with warm maple syrup, fruit compote, whipped topping and fresh fruit.
