Join us May 3rd from 5-7pm at AICHO for the opening reception for the gallery show “Our History From Our Perspective”. The show will feature artwork by esteemed Yaqui artist/actor Michael Horse ,best known for his roles in Twin Peaks, Godless and Motherland Fort Salem. On display will be featured pieces of traditional Native American art and jewelry. It opens on on Monday, April 29 at the Art Dock in the Dewitt-Seitz Marketplace in Canal Park. It features a collection of paintings done with watercolor, pen, collage and acrylic paint. My paintings reflect nature’s impact on my life.” Sue traveled to Norway in May 2024 to paint and draw its beauty. It was a US cousins trip visiting Norwegian cousins and traveling the country. “I wanted to paint the beautiful vistas, and importantly, capture the moment with family.
