The Fleet consists of: The Vista Star (100 ton vessel) that holds up to 220 passengers, The Vista Queen (46 ton vessel) that holds up to 50 passengers and the Vista Fleet Gift Shop now rebranded into Zenith Adventure (located behind the DECC/Amsoil Arena) which is a 5,000 square gift shop and Adventure company. Encounter history through the artifacts and stories of veterans connected to northeastern Minnesota. Created in 1909, the hall hosts 1,500+ military and homefront artifacts and 6,000 veteran stories, among the largest collections in Minnesota. One of the current exhibits, Generations of Service, illuminates 150 years of U.S. military history by bringing the stories and artifacts of local service members and families into focus. Free admission. Open daily.

The Tweed is inclusive and functions as an art collecting and teaching museum that promotes learning through collections stewardship, exhibits, and diverse art programs for all ages. Founded in 1949 to serve students and Minnesotans, and built in 1958 on the UMD campus, the Tweed operates today in a 33,000 sq. ft. facility. Its collections consist of European, American, and global art. Over time, the Indigenous collections, which began 2007 with a major donation, grew significantly. Today, the museum serves several Indian reservations in our region, rural/urban Minnesota communities, and bordering states such as Wisconsin, Michigan, and Canada.
