Meeting Grants & Incentives

We’re offering special, one-time grants to encourage future events in Duluth.

Events during off-peak dates qualify for a higher incentive.
Up to $6/night per room in shoulder season and weekday events.

What Events Qualify?

Meetings, conventions and sporting events
New RFPs received after January 1, 2023, and events contracted by December 31, 2023
Only for Events actualized after January 2023
No minimum peak rooms

Terms & Conditions: All offers are subject to change. All bookings must meet the qualifications listed above. Qualifications are subject to change. The promotion applies to new bookings that were sourced through Visit Duluth. No further value will be extended for non-available times. Availability may vary.
