Grandma’s Marathon
The 46th annual Grandma’s Marathon is a 26.2-mile race on scenic Highway 61 along the north shore of Lake Superior. It begins just outside of Two Harbors and finishes in Duluth’s Canal Park. The Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon begins at 6:15 a.m. on the edge of Duluth’s city limits and follows the regular marathon course through the heart of Duluth. The full marathon starts at 7:45 a.m. The winner should cross the finish line around 10 a.m. Be sure to check the website for a complete listing of the weekend's events!

Watch Grandmas Marathon in the most unique and comfortable way, onboard the coaches of the North Shore Scenic Railroad. The train will be at the starting line with enough time to find your favorite runner, and watch the start of the race. We will then parallel the race course and keep pace with the lead runners for the first few miles, before we head back to Duluth so you can get to the finish line in time for the first marathoners to cross. BLUEY’S BIG PLAY brings to stage the Emmy-winning, Australian children’s television series for the very first time. The show, on Disney+, is beloved and lauded around the world. Bluey, Bingo, Chili, and Bandit become scaled-up, life-size puppets for this original story from Joe Brumm, writer of the television series. The eight puppeteers present various styles of gorgeous puppetry to a soundtrack created for the show by the original television cast.
