Yoga by the Lake

Unroll your mat on the shores of Lake Superior and embrace the energy of beautiful Gitchi Gami with our weekly outdoor all-level yoga flow. All ages and all levels are welcome. Kids may attend free with a paid adult. Parking is easy in the electronic pay lot next to Canal Park Lodge. Make sure to bring a mat and a water bottle and dress in layers. If there is steady rain or the temperature is below 55 degrees, plan to meet at the Evolve studio (132 E Superior St).
