Pilates & Pinot Pop-Up @ Evolve

Come for a pilates class designed for all fitness levels. Props may be used to modify and intensify exercises. Postural alignment and abdominal strength are central to the workout while bringing in various positions and variations to provide a full-body challenge. Modifications and progressions will be utilized for assistance with musculoskeletal instabilities. Head downstairs afterward to the Rathskeller speakeasy cocktail lounge for a glass of Pinot included! Drink tickets are provided to those who attend class.
