Join us for Lakeside Yoga + Outdoor Sauna in Canal Park every Saturday 9AM-10AM now through July 31st.
Grab your mat and feel the glory of your body in flow with the mysterious and beautiful Gitchi Gammi. Stay after class to sweat it out in our cedar barrel sauna (included with your membership or drop-in registration). Park in the public lot near Endion Inn/Lake Superior Inn. Bring a mat and water bottle. Open to all levels!
