Brew Your Own Kombucha

Learn everything you need to know to brew the best ‘buch on your block! We will cover ingredient selection, brewing, fermenting, bottling and flavoring and will answer all of the unknowns in between. Get brewing now in this is a hands-on class where you will take part in the whole process. You will also do some tasting of a final product, then take home your own baby SCOBY to begin the process for yourself. You don’t need to bring anything to this class. All of the materials and tools for the workshop, are provided and will send you home with your first gallon of tea, a recipe, a SCOBY and a jar to contain it all.
