The Yard Sale includes older models, scratch and dent, prototypes, tradeshow, photoshoot samples and demo pieces that have been slightly used that won’t sell as new. Much of the furniture is in great condition and will appear as new. No holds. Furniture MUST be taken off-site at time of sale on October 1.

We are also hosting the all female Midwestern Americana band The Foxgloves as our special guests. A little bit of country, a little bit of folk, a little bit of classical, and a whole lot of heart.
