Beers, bloodies, and a band! The 5th annual Bloody Bash will be on the decks at Skyline Social & Games on Sunday, August 9, 2026. All proceeds from the event & bar sales will be donated to Never Surrender Inc. to help fund the fight against ALS. From 11am-4pm, local bars & restaurants will compete to win 3 Bloody Mary & beer contests. Winners will be determined by attendees, who will cast their votes for: Best Tasting Bloody Mary, Best Presented Bloody Mary, & Best Beer Snit or Chaser. Tickets include a Bloody Mary sample from each bar & restaurant, beer snit samples from each brewery, and live music from the Northwood’s Band. Rain or shine! If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we’ll bring the party inside Skyline.

We’ll be in the Buffalo Junction event space with capacity for more than 250 people who are ready to play some B-I-N-G-O! Help us fill the space and raise funds for a shelter building for Carlton County! Doors open at 4pm to secure your seats. Games start at 6pm! 10 rounds (winner has choice of prize basket worth $50+) plus 2 coverall rounds with a $100 cash prize each. Must be 18+ to play bingo. Monday, June 22, 2026 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. Explore and be inspired while forest bathing at the Lake Superior Zoo. Different from a nature hike, being fully in the present moment gently awakens awe and discovery. Technology is set aside to plug into the healing and calming power of nature. During the 2 hour session a series of guided invitations are intermixed with walking slowly, sitting in silence, mindfully observing nature, and sharing what is witnessed. There is a mix of solo and group time. The session concludes with tea and light snacks. Return home to your place of belonging as part of what is wonderfully wild. $40 per person, or $70 for one youth and accompanying adult. Pre-registration with payment required.
