Celebrate simplicity with nature, poetry, and forest bathing. This 2 hour immersive journey celebrates a serenity and wisdom of what is natural by recalibrating your mind, body and spirit in a beautifully nourishing setting at Enger Park. Trade in technology and the rapid pace for improved clarity, rejuvenation, community, and an immune system boost. Nature knows just what you need. A few reminders: Guests should wear boots/shoes, clothing/gear appropriate for weather. Walk will be held in light rain, but not in thunderstorms.
