Come on out to Enger Park on Saturday July 11th at 9:15 am for a session of Forest Bathing! We’ll be gathering after the 8 am yoga class in the pavilion. Register for $35. Celebrate simplicity with nature, poetry, and forest bathing. This 2 hour immersive journey celebrates a serenity and wisdom of what is natural by recalibrating your mind, body and spirit in a beautifully nourishing setting at Enger Park. Trade in technology and the rapid pace for improved clarity, rejuvenation, community, and an immune system boost. Nature knows just what you need. A young girl, Chihiro, becomes trapped in a strange new world of spirits.
