It’s Valentine’s Day reimagined! Celebrate nature’s winter love with a guided forest bathing experience through the woods and shoreline of the historic Congdon Estate. This is a gentle sensory experience with prompts that open the heart, quiet the mind, and soothe the spirit. Your certified forest bathing guide, Barbara, will offer invitations that bridge the ordinary and sacred, celebrating a love story written in the winter woods. Deepen your attention and share moments of gratitude in the healing presence of nature and one another. Tea and light snacks conclude the experience. Come with someone you love or with your courageous self.
Come to Sacred Heart Music Center on Saturday morning, February 7, 2026 from 10:00-11:30 am for an interactive program that features Sacred Heart Music Center’s historic Felgemaker pipe organ. This program is free and geared towards younger children (K-5th grade). The morning activities will include: listening to music from the movie How to Train Your Dragon played on the historic Felgemaker pipe organ which was built in 1898, seeing live bearded dragons courtesy of the Lake Superior Zoo Education Department, seeing up close how a pipe organ works by experiencing an Orgelkids miniature organ, eating animal crackers and juice. The event is free. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
