Community Sound Bath

The Halcyon House Community Sound Bath is a fun and restorative event for everyone. Bring a yoga mat, a pillow, blanket, and anything that will help you get cozy on the floor for an hour of dreamy relaxation. Hang around afterwards to share tea and stories. Doors open at 5PM. Unbreaking’s Live Music & Crafts

Join us for an evening of creativity, connection, and relaxation as local musicians fill the space with gentle live music designed to be enjoyed rather than shouted over. This isn’t a loud concert, crowded bar, or high-energy venue. It’s a chance to slow down, settle in, and enjoy being around other people in a warm, welcoming environment. For this one, we’ve secured a band made of two cool cats, The Trash Cats, who specialize in playful banter, 90’s to current music, and the best free cat stickers in town. Bring your own craft project if you’d like. Knitting, crochet, embroidery, drawing, coloring, journaling, hand sewing, and other low-mess creative projects are all welcome. If you’d rather travel light, we’ll have supplies available including coloring pages, colored pencils, markers, yarn, crochet hooks, knitting needles, scissors, and simple beginner-friendly crafts. Harbor City Roller Derby Pride Mixer

Harbor City Roller Derby (HCRD) is proud to present our Pride Mixer as part of Duluth-Superior Pride! On Sunday, September 6th, two teams made up of skaters from across the region, will battle it out at Duluth Heritage Center. The doors open at 4:00 PM, with the action starting at 5:00 PM. Choose your side, Team ROY or Team G BIV, and get ready for an afternoon of hard hits, great vibes, and celebrating our incredible derby community. Break out your brightest rainbow gear and add as much glitter as your heart desires (optional… but encouraged). Tickets are $15 at the door and online at https://www.showpass.com/harbor-city-roller-derby-pride-mixer/. Kids 12 and under are free with a paid adult. This is an ASL Interpreted Event.
