This Art Night Out is a one-of-a-kind celebration of communication: a postcard-writing party! Enjoy free snacks and drinks, spend a social evening in the galleries, hear an artist talk with artist duo Cody Paulson and Stephen Pestalozzi, and sit down to draft and send postcards, plucked right off the gallery walls, to your friends and loved ones. Pay what you can, suggested $0-$50. Bring your mailing addresses — all other writing and mailing supplies are included in the exhibition. Funding for this program provided by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Arrowhead Regional Arts Council.

Gather at Fairhaven Farm for an evening of wood-fired pizza, live music, and community in support of Voyageurs National Park. Come on out to Enger Park on Saturday July 11th at 9:15 am for a session of Forest Bathing! We’ll be gathering after the 8 am yoga class in the pavilion. Register for $35. Celebrate simplicity with nature, poetry, and forest bathing. This 2 hour immersive journey celebrates a serenity and wisdom of what is natural by recalibrating your mind, body and spirit in a beautifully nourishing setting at Enger Park. Trade in technology and the rapid pace for improved clarity, rejuvenation, community, and an immune system boost. Nature knows just what you need. A few reminders: Guests should wear boots/shoes, clothing/gear appropriate for weather. Walk will be held in light rain, but not in thunderstorms. Please wear/bring mosquito/tick repellent and sunscreen if desired. Please bring water if you would like to have some available throughout the walk.
