About the RV Park Scenic surroundings along the St. Louis River: It’s not exactly extreme camping mind you, what you’ll find are nice RV campsites along the St. Louis River. Located just minutes from Downtown Duluth, Canal Park, Bayfront Park, the Lakewalk, shopping and many area attractions. Spirit Mountain Campground offers walk-in tenting as well as 73 campsites equipped with fire pits, picnic tables, and electricity. Thirty-nine sites have water hook-ups, and two shower buildings offer 24-hour convenience.

Scenic Highway 61 has been named an All-American Road. This breathtaking section of highway, which runs more than 120 miles from Duluth up Lake Superior’s North Shore to the Canadian Border, is the northernmost tip of one of America’s most fabled thoroughfares.
