Spend an afternoon biking the Duluth Lakewalk, or any of the numerous nature trails nearby like the Munger Trail. PFDs, paddles, and all safety equipment are included with all SLMRV rentals. About the RV Park Scenic surroundings along the St. Louis River: It’s not exactly extreme camping mind you, what you’ll find are nice RV campsites along the St. Louis River. Your adventure begins right here at Spirit Mountain! You will find four seasons of fun at our Adventure Park with spectacular views of Lake Superior, St. Louis River and Duluth via scenic chairlift rides, or try the timber twister, zipline, disc golf or mini golf.
Spirit Mountain Campground
Located just minutes from Downtown Duluth, Canal Park, Bayfront Park, the Lakewalk, shopping and many area attractions. Spirit Mountain Campground offers walk-in tenting as well as 73 campsites equipped with fire pits, picnic tables, and electricity. Thirty-nine sites have water hook-ups, and two shower buildings offer 24-hour convenience.
Spirit Mountain Recreation Area
Spirit Mountain is a hometown Minnesota downhill or cross-country ski, snowboard and tubing area that is more than expected. Offering amazing views of Lake Superior, Spirit Mountain boasts the second largest vertical drop in the Midwest. Summer Operations open around Memorial Day weekend (weather permitting).
