Enjoy full day of live music and entertainment, food, family fun, and more. Celebrate America’s 250th Birthday with what organizers believe will be the largest and most spectacular fireworks display ever presented on Duluth’s waterfront.

Gates open rain or shine at 12pm with live entertainment starting at 12:30pm — bring lawn chairs and get ready for these incredible views!

• Entry is FREE.
• Service animals only are allowed (no pets).
• No bottles, cans, coolers, outside food/beverages, fireworks or weapons are permitted inside the event. Family/medical accommodations can be made upon request.
• No outside signage, noisemakers or bullhorns are allowed. 
• One factory-sealed or an empty water bottle per person is permitted. Water fountains are located across from the portable restrooms. Camelbacks or other hydration bladder systems are not allowed.
• Food, Bar and beverage concessions are available inside of the park.
• All bags and purses will be subject to security checks.
• You may bring your own chair (subject to search at security) to this concert.
• People may set up chairs on either side of the fence line for this event.
• Patrons may not assemble any flags, umbrellas, tents or other items that could obstruct viewing for patrons behind them.
• Tailgating is not allowed in any of the parking lots or festival grounds.
• No smoking is allowed at Bayfront Festival Park or in the parking areas.
