Spirited Away

A young girl, Chihiro, becomes trapped in a strange new world of spirits. When her parents undergo a mysterious transformation, she must call upon the courage she never knew she had to free her family.

This film is presented in collaboration with Duluth Sister Cities as part of an initiative to showcase international films. Founded in 1986, Duluth Sister Cities is celebrating its 40th year anniversary this year. The organization’s mission is: “With person to person diplomacy and mutual respect, Duluth Sister Cities International promotes global understanding through cultural, economic, educational, and artistic endeavors.”
