Join us for a special collaborative event presented by The Boat Club, Duluth Kitchen Company, and The Bookstore at Fitger’s. We are thrilled to host Pim Overgaard, author of the best-selling cookbook Æbleskiver: A New Take on Traditional Danish Pancakes, as part of her Midwest Tour. Discover the secrets behind her beloved recipes during an engaging Author Talk, then treat yourself to a tasting of her signature æbleskivers.
