Tomassoni Tour – Cycle for ALS
Never Surrender Inc is excited to return to Northern Minnesota for the 4th Annual Tomassoni Tour – Cycle for ALS. This fundraising event will further help in the fight against Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). We are happy to share we are again doing Team Fundraising! Create or join a team and reap the rewards of working as a team! Join us September 17 – 19, 2026 for the Tomassoni Tour – Cycle for ALS, on the beautiful Mesabi Trail. Cyclists will be able to choose between 2 different ride lengths, full (100 total miles over 2 days) or half (50 total miles over 2 days), depending on their comfort level. E-Bikes are welcome! Can’t make it? Register as a virtual cyclist and choose your own mileage and location!

NorthShore Inline Marathon
Participate in the nation’s largest inline skating event with 2,500 inline skaters along the shores of Lake Superior from Two Harbors to Duluth. Event includes Friday – Expo and free kids inline sprints, Saturday– inline half/full marathons, rollerski marathon, “Wheels Off” half marathon run and the MN Power “Tunnel 10K” run.
Duluth Oktoberfestival

Duluth Reads Together

Duluth Reads Together is a citywide celebration of books, community, and the Duluth Public Library, held September 18–20 as part of Minnesota Libraries Read Together. Throughout the weekend, readers of all ages will be invited to gather at Duluth Public Library locations and partner businesses across the city. Together, these events will create a book and library crawl that encourages people to explore Duluth, experience welcoming community spaces, and discover more of what the library has to offer. No matter where we gather or what we read, we will celebrate the stories that connect us and the library that helps make those connections possible. NorthShore Inline Marathon Activities
The NorthShore Inline Marathon is one of the longest running and most respected inline skating events in the world, held each September along the scenic Highway 61 corridor from Two Harbors to Duluth, Minnesota. Founded in 1996, the point to point race quickly became a bucket list experience for skaters drawn to the rolling shoreline views of Lake Superior and the welcoming spirit of the Duluth community. Over the decades, NSIM has grown from a regional race into an internationally recognized event that has hosted record setting performances, welcomed elite athletes from around the globe, and expanded into a full weekend of endurance sports that includes running and rollerski events. Powered by dedicated volunteers and passionate participants who return year after year, the NorthShore Inline Marathon stands as a celebration of competition, camaraderie, and the unique beauty of Minnesota’s North Shore. Whoopsa Daisy Farm
Come and explore the farm with your family. Jump in the corn pit, dig in the sandbox, or explore Dinoland and Fairyland. There are two playgrounds, yard games, a wagon ride through the Whimsical Woods and so much more. Feed the donkeys, goats, and chickens and walk through the berries. We are off highway 53 in Duluth at 5399 Samuelson Road.
