On average, placements take 2 to 10 weeks, as we carefully match families with qualified caregivers. We start by sharing your job with our active nannies, then expand the search if needed—screening candidates, conducting background checks, and ensuring the best fit. Families can help by responding quickly, keeping an open mind, and scheduling interviews promptly. To ensure plenty of time for a great match, we recommend starting your search 3 months in advance. We appreciate your patience and are excited to help you find a wonderful nanny! If you need care in the meantime, we may be able to offer temporary babysitting options.
