October's featured artist, Emily Anderson, landscape painter from Marine on St Croix, will showcase a new series of original paintings, featuring the beauty of the area in its fall splendor, in the upcoming exhibit, Along The Way, Scenes from the North Shore.

September's featured artist, Karl Bardon, will showcase a new series of original paintings in the upcoming exhibit, BIRDS, Larger Than Life! "The Queen" will debut in the upcoming show, "Returning", a curated series by Alexa Carson Art. Humanity has forgotten that it is a part of nature, a string in the pattern, a piece of a whole. In this collection of paintings, Alexa explores the connections between people, plants, wildlife, fungi...the earth, and its inhabitants. She depicts the magic that occurs when we step back into primality and remember who we are.

Abby Schaefer, of Northern Raven Studio, is a Duluth lapidary artist who will be hanging out with us on Saturday, July 15th to talk about the art of lapidary and cabochon cutting. Abby will have a plethora of stones for sale for those that are jewelry artists and/or stone enthusiasts! Many of our artists at Siiviis Gallery hand-pick beautiful pieces from Abby's collection to make their pieces. Come in to learn more about how artisan jewelry is made from start to finish.
