    Five consecutive weekly classes that teach you how to clear your energy field and have fun doing it. You will learn how to create energetic flow, understand your own energy, as well as the ability to call back and reset your energy from anywhere. Beginner class in understanding, feeling, and playing with your energy field. Learn how to differentiate energies and harmonize with other people. By the end of the five weeks you will have a better understanding of yourself, and how you move through the world. Classes are on Wednesdays from 5:30pm - 7:30pm. The session is 5 consecutive weeks from 10/1/2025 - 10/29/2025. $15 / class, 5% discount if you purchase all classes for the month.

    Raise your vibration with the intentional space created for the full and new moons! Celebrate and set your intentions with guided journal work and an hour of vibrational sound healing. Each event is unique and may include an additional meditation and/or gentle yoga. If you have a special journal to bring, please do. Otherwise we will have paper and pens for your creative journaling. We also encourage you to wear comfortable clothing that you could move around freely. Bring a yoga mat, a pillow, blanket, and anything that will help you get cozy on the floor for an hour of dreamy relaxation. Hang around afterwards to share tea and stories. Doors open at 5PM.
