All ages and all levels are welcome. Kids may attend free with a paid adult. Parking is easy in the electronic pay lot next to Canal Park Lodge. Make sure to bring a mat and a water bottle and dress in layers. If there is steady rain or the temperature is below 55 degrees, plan to meet at the Evolve studio (132 E Superior St).

Endion Station Inn 200 Lake Place Drive, Duluth, MN, United StatesThe Brewhouse Family is hosting a Duluth sauna party, “The Great Duluth Sweat Together,” on Sunday, March 19, 2023 that aims to add a new record to the Guinness World Records: The most people to take a sauna in one city in a day. The Brewhouse Family will be using this event to raise money towards supporting homeless youth and young families by donating 100% of the net proceeds to Life House Duluth.
