They will dip your pretzel in lye and then bake it and you can take home the pretzel you baked...or eat it right away! Maximum 10 at 5 pm, but another group starts at 6pm. Call the store (218) 340-9410 or walk-ins are welcome if there is space available. (But they recommend you call and prepay ahead of time). $6 for the pretzel, or $8 if you'd like cheese as well!
