This LiveWell 5K Walk/Run/Roll & Celebration is hosted by LiveWell which is an initiative of the Pruitt Center for Mindfulness & Well-being. LiveWell is a holistic mental health project created to support those who are living, working, and attending school in Douglas County and the greater Twin Ports area. We work to identify and create innovative ways to address the current mental health crisis in our community. One way we do this is through #BetterTogether activities which encourage connection and prevent social isolation. As part of this initiative we are excited to host our second annual 5K, fostering connection & advocating for mental wellness in our community. This event will be held at Barker’s Island Festival Park on Thursday, August 14th, 2025. Registration closes August 7th, 2025 at 11:59pm. This event is FREE and open to the public.
