The Art of Wintering Well: Using Your Senses to Find Comfort in Winter (& Year Round)

Using your senses to find comfort is a powerful way to ground yourself and reduce stress. We will explore, through direct practice, how to use our 8 senses (sight, sound, touch, smell, taste, proprioception, vestibular and interoception) to shift our nervous system toward ease.
Each date will be a “stand alone” workshop that will relate to but the will not directly build on other weeks.
The workshop will occur on Saturdays from 10:00am – 11:30am at Halcyon House.
