Perspectives Series: John Magas, Superintendent of the Duluth Public Schools

Superintendent John Magas will inform the public about the two Duluth Public Schools operating levy referendums and the proposed amendment to the Minnesota Constitution that would alter the Permanent School Fund, all of which will appear on the November ballot.
