There’s a moment in Duluth when the evening slows down just enough for something a little indulgent, something warm, flaky, citrusy, nutty, and just a little unexpected. This is that moment.

Join us at Altitude Cocktails for a one-hour guided tasting experience where four handcrafted pastries from Duluth’s Best Bread meet four thoughtfully paired mini cocktails designed to match them step for step. Each course builds on the last, moving from bright and savory to rich and cozy, like a slow walk through the flavors of an evening well spent.

We begin with crusty rosemary onion sourdough and a silky gin sour kissed with raspberry jam and lemon — fresh, herbal, and lively. From there, things deepen with a gooey pecan caramel roll alongside a smooth, spirit-forward bourbon cocktail layered with brown sugar and black walnut bitters.

Next comes the flaky ham and cheese croissant paired with a crisp apple-forward cocktail brightened by citrus and green herbal notes. And finally, we settle into dessert territory with a rich almond croissant and a decadent espresso-chocolate nightcap to close the experience.
