Mr. Nobody Against Putin

Duluth Sister Cities is sponsoring a free showing of the Oscar award-winning film, Mr. Nobody vs. Putin at Zeitgeist Theater on Wednesday, April 29 at 6:30pm.

Russian teacher, Pavel “Pasha” Talankin, documents the systematic indoctrination of his students after Russia declared war with Ukraine. This powerful film explores the complexities of modern geopolitics through a deeply human lens.

Following the screening, DSCI board member JP Gresh — who has served as a military attaché in both Ukraine and Russia — will lead a discussion on cultural dynamics in Russia and the long-term impact of Russia’s war on Ukraine. Admission is free and all are welcome.
