Hartley Adventure Challenge
Part adventure race, part scavenger hunt, the Hartley Adventure Challenge is a fun race that will have teams of hikers or bikers race to solve clues and find hidden checkpoints along the trails of Hartley Park. Complete the challenge by finding as many checkpoints as you can before time runs out. Teams that find the most checkpoints in the shortest amount of time will be declared the winners. Prizes will be awarded to winning teams in each category. Teams that finish all checkpoints will also receive a small award. Familiarity with the park will help, but clues may consist of a mix of Hartley park knowledge, Hartley history, nature knowledge, trail knowledge, general knowledge, and more. Whether your goal is to be competitive or just spend some time outdoors, you’re bound to have a great day exploring some of our favorite locations in Hartley Park.

Race Start: 10 AM
Race End: 12:30 PM
Event Ends: 1:00 PM
Cost: $75/team
Teams: Minimum of 3, max of 5 people

Age Limits: This is an all-ages family friendly event*
*Children under 12 years of age will not count towards your team limit, but will still be required to have a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian.
Post race snacks will be available at the finish line.
