For one weekend only, we’re bringing together the best of Duluth in one scenic location.
The 9th annual Duluth Winter Village returns along the lake on Harbor Drive this December 6 & 7 from 10-4 pm The magic of local businesses, charming wooden shopping cabins, family-friendly activities, hot food, beverages (including beer & cocktails), bonfires, and carolers continues to be a magical tradition.
The festivities are held outside & inside at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center.
Visitors will appreciate:
- Our famous holiday-themed Experiential Bar “Tinsel Tavern” will be triple the size this year! It will feature cocktails from Vikre
- 2 “Makers Tent” & on-site Blacksmith
- Soup flights! – new!
- On-site holiday portraits on Saturday – new!
- Indoor Atomic Skating (free skate rental) with DJ
- Hollybeary Kid Store is back with more shopping options for littles to pick out for their grown-ups
- Animals, Live caroling, 25-foot-lit tree
- Small Children and Nursing Area by the Duluth Mom
- Duluth Winter Village merch produced by our local vendors!
- Hug-a-Hen by the Locally Laid Egg Company
- Lift Bridge, freighter views & bonfires!
The annual event began on the grounds of Glensheen Mansion in 2016 but moved to its new location in 2021. The Duluth Winter Village is unique from other area markets in that the vendors are all local businesses with retail locations around Northern Minnesota.
Participants include Bailey Builds, Altered Abode, Y-ker Acres, Hucklebeary, Frost River, the Rainbow Room, NaturaLight, The Big Lake, Wintergreen Northern Wear, Lake Superior Art Glass, Ivy Moon and the Moon Market.
Food and drink from the DECC’s culinary team, Positively Third Street Bakery, Hungry Hippie Tacos, Duluth‘s Best Bread, Love Creamery, Scenic 61 by New Scenic Cafeì, TBSP Waffles, Yes Cheese, and more.
