Get brewing now! This is a hands on class where you will take part in the brewing, as well as some tasting and you will take home your own baby SCOBY to begin the process for yourself. If you want to know about continual brewing, recipe ideas, tea sourcing or more, bring your questions because if you want to know you can bet someone else does too! You don’t need to bring anything to this class. I will send you home with your first gallon of tea, a recipe, a SCOBY and a jar to contain it all.
