2025 Superior Nightmare 5K

A spooky end to our local racing calendar, the Superior Nightmare 5K brings with it plenty of scary surprises and haunted hijinks. Dress your best for this annual combination of Halloween and running, and be sure to enter our costume contest to decide the day’s best-dressed!

All Superior Nightmare 5K adult participants will receive a commemorative full-zip jacket and all youth participants will receive a commemorative hooded sweatshirt, included with the entry fee.

The Spider Dash Kids’ Races are FREE and open to all participants ages 14 & under. The kids’ races will start at 11:45 a.m., shortly after the conclusion of the main race.
