SUMMARY:indiGO's Disability Rights Celebration
DESCRIPTION:Come celebrate the power of community\, creativity\, and inclusion at indiGO’s annual Disability Rights Celebration. This family-friendly public event honors the disability rights movement and marks the milestone 36th anniversary of the landmark Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The celebration features a vibrant community resource fair\, a local art and maker market showcasing disabled creators\, and plenty of live music\, storytelling\, and moments of solidarity. Light refreshments and entertainment are completely free for all attendees. The event takes place on Thursday\, August 6th\, 2026\, from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm at Superior High School\, using Main Door N1. Full accessibility is a priority\, and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will be present on-site throughout the event. For specific disability-related accommodation requests\, please contact Emma at emma@indigowi.org no later than two weeks prior to the date. DESCRIPTION:Our Wednesday Night at the Races series has become one of our most popular Young Athletes Foundation (YAF) programs! \nThe Wednesday Night at the Races series is free and open to any child ages 14 & under.
