DESCRIPTION:Monday\, June 22\, 2026 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. \nExplore and be inspired while forest bathing at the Lake Superior Zoo. \nDifferent from a nature hike\, being fully in the present moment gently awakens awe and discovery. Technology is set aside to plug into the healing and calming power of nature. During the 2 hour session a series of guided invitations are intermixed with walking slowly\, sitting in silence\, mindfully observing nature\, and sharing what is witnessed. There is a mix of solo and group time. \nThe session concludes with tea and light snacks. Return home to your place of belonging as part of what is wonderfully wild. \n$40 per person\, or $70 for one youth and accompanying adult. Pre-registration with payment required.
