Dr. Tisby is a history professor at Simmons College of Kentucky. His insightful presentations\, drawn from his acclaimed works\, including ‘The Color of Compromise’ and ‘How to Fight Racism\,’ inspire deep reflection and proactive steps toward societal change. Dr. Tisby’s latest book\, ‘The Spirit of Justice\,’ provides a compelling narrative that explores genuine stories of faith\, race\, and resistance\, forming the foundation for this year’s discussion. \nEvent Highlights: \nMusic at the Series: The 30-minute musical prelude begins at 5:30 p.m. and features the talented Borealis Chamber Artists.
