DESCRIPTION:Come on out to Enger Park on Saturday July 11th at 9:15 am for a session of Forest Bathing! We’ll be gathering after the 8 am yoga class in the pavilion. \nRegister for $35. \nCelebrate simplicity with nature\, poetry\, and forest bathing. This 2 hour immersive journey celebrates a serenity and wisdom of what is natural by recalibrating your mind\, body and spirit in a beautifully nourishing setting at Enger Park. Trade in technology and the rapid pace for improved clarity\, rejuvenation\, community\, and an immune system boost. Nature knows just what you need. \nA few reminders: \n\nGuests should wear boots/shoes\, clothing/gear appropriate for weather. Walk will be held in light rain\, but not in thunderstorms.\nPlease wear/bring mosquito/tick repellent and sunscreen if desired.\nPlease bring water if you would like to have some available throughout the walk.\nAll participants must sign a waiver of liability prior to the walk. The link to complete the waiver form will be in your registration confirmation email.\nPlease arrive at the walk location 15 minutes prior to the walk to allow for check-in and walk overview.\nLate arrivals cannot be accommodated due to the immersive nature of the program.\nThis is a tech-free experience\, so please leave mobile phones in car for duration of walk.
