Construct Duluth: Real-time Map for Duluth Projects

This site provides residents and visitors with an interactive way to navigate through active construction projects. Real-time information and conditions are provided by each project owner in a comprehensive and easy way to find where projects are located while answering questions of where to park, and how long the project will take place.

MNDOT: Twin Ports Interchange Reconstruction Project 2020-2023

The I-35, I-535, Hwy 53 Interchange in Duluth, also known as the Can of Worms, will be under construction beginning Spring 2021. This project will enhance safety by eliminating blind merges and left exits, replace aging infrastructure, and better accommodate freight movements.

Superior Street Reconstruction

Starting Monday, April 12, construction will begin as a part of the Superior Street Reconstruction project. This will be the final year of construction which will happen in two phases. Both phases include the completion of vault work and installation of concrete roadways, sidewalks, and amenities.
